To receive free shipping after qualifying with an order merchandise value totaling $ 50.00 CAD* or more, please read our terms and conditions carefully below:
1. Free shipping offer*only valid on in stock items within www.liberosports.ca (Canadian site only).
2. Items purchased from the liberosports.ca site can only be shipped to a valid single address in Canada. (We cannot ship to PO boxes or addresses outside of Canada for this shipping offer).
3. Regular Ground Shipping via Canada Post will be the method of shipping for this shipping offer.
4. Flat handling fee of $ 3.00 CAD will be applied to all orders.
5. If shipping insurance for orders over $ 101.00 CAD is required the customer will be charged an additional fee.
6. Taxes, Handling fees, Shipping insurance, are not included in calculating total purchase amount. Customer must purchase merchandise totaling $ 50.00 CAD or more to qualify for this free shipping offer.
7. Offer is not for resale and not redeemable for cash.
8. Items added to the Shopping Cart when this shipping offer is in effect, but not purchased until after the offer ends, will not receive the free shipping offer.
9. If goods are refused delivery, customer will be billed for shipping.
10. Full payment for the merchandise is required to take advantage of this shipping offer.
11. Offer is available for a limited time and may end without notice.
12. If customer desires any shipping service level other than regular ground via Canada Post (IE: Overnight courier), they will be charged shipping at their expense.
13. Offer not valid if customer attempts to return goods back to origin address.
Are these products licensed by the teams?
Yes! All of our products are licensed and we do not purchase replica versions.
How long will it take to receive my order once I complete the checkout process?
We aim to ship 24-48 hours after a confirmed order has been placed. Your location will determine shipping transit time. Please check out our shipping policy page for more information.
What if I receive the goods and they are defective?
We do apologize if this does happen and we try to minimize any defective products leaving our warehouse by checking the merchandise and ensure it is packed properly to avoid damage in transit. However products can get damaged in transit and if this occurs please advise our customer service department immediately at returns@liberosports.net and we will advise the procedure accordingly. In addition, please check out our exchange and refund policy page for more detailed information.
Do you sell products to minors?
No, we are very strict on this issue, the products can only be purchased by a person of legal age. Please check out our User Agreement page Section 2.0 of the agreement.
What is Libero Sports privacy policy?
Please click on the Privacy Policy noted at the bottom of the site for our privacy policy.
Why do I not see my favourite teams products on your site?
If you have a favourite team and do not see your teams merchandise on the site please advise us at info@liberosports.net and let us know what team and product(s) you would be interested in purchasing. We do add teams as demand grows, so check back often.
I have completed the checkout, do I get a tracking number?
Yes, we will send a tracking number to the email address you have provided at time of account set up. The product has to leave our warehouse before we issue a tracking number. We will then email you the tracking number and a link to the shipping companies website so you may monitor the shipment status. If you are unavailable to track the order please let us know at customerservice@liberosports.net or call us at 604-315-1712 or 1-877-LIBERO1 and our friendly customer service team will advise your tracking status. We ask you provide the order number so we can track the order on your behalf.
